Notes:
1. If your PC does not
have a serial port and you don't have
a USB Cable you will need to purchase
a USB to serial Port adapter. We have
had the best luck with Belkin. We cannot
guarantee 100% percent functionality
i.e. Uploading Maps from your pc with
any of these style adapters.
VERY IMPORTANT
Each Tuner model will have a letter
on the back indicating which processor
is found inside. If you have the "P"
Processor please use the Tuner Software
"Tuner_v23p.exe". Otherwise,
start with the Tuner_v23.exe software.
After the update, power your Tuner,
you should be able operate the tuner
and access the home menu to save your
settings. If you cannot do any of these
things re-flash with the Tuner_v23p.exe
software.
Make a note of your Parameter changes
so that you can reset these after you
have loaded your software upgrade. Due
to a possible change in the Parameter
Maps do not download your old Parameter
Map, enter any Parameter Map changes
manually.
